What to Wear

We recommend wearing:

  • Comfortable sportswear you don’t mind getting covered in colour
  • Old trainers (the colour may not wash out)
  • White or light-coloured clothing for the best colour effect

Avoid wearing anything valuable or that you want to keep clean.

  • A fun, non-competitive run or walk
  • Colour stations along the route
  • Music, atmosphere, and a lively start/finish area
  • Plenty of photo opportunities
